This connects your computer only to Richard IT's own private, self-hosted server, never a third-party cloud. Every session is end-to-end encrypted, and you can remove the agent at any time.
STEP 02
Open it & you're set
Double-click the downloaded file. It installs quietly in the background and sets up secure access. If Windows asks for permission, click Yes.
When it finishes, a short ID number appears on screen. If we ask for it, send us that number, then we can connect whenever you need support.
